Steps to update the value of a ‘Forecast Item’ for an instrument using ADBMS - V7.3.3
1. Login to ADBMS and got to ‘Forecast’ tab under the ‘Forecast section’ from the left-hand side tree hierarchy.
2. Search for the desired instrument under ‘Forecast Retrieval’ section by entering the first few characters of the company name in the ‘Search Instrument’ box and then click the ‘Search’ button.
3. Select the desired forecast source from the drop-down list of available ‘Forecast Sources’.
4. Select the desired forecast type from the drop-down list of available ‘Forecast Types’.
5. Select forecast year from the drop-down list of ‘Forecast Years’.
6. The value of the forecast type gets populated in the text box labelled ‘Forecast Value’ as shown below. The last updation date of the forecast value is also displayed as shown below in the screenshot. Make the necessary changes to the value of the selected ‘Forecast Type’.
7. Click ‘Apply’ button to save changes made to the value of the selected forecast type.

A pop-up window appears confirming the
updation of the forecast value. Click ‘Yes’ button to update the forecast
value.
