Steps to mark a Report Type Dead or Inactive - V7.3.3

By default, all report types that are added into the system are active report types. A report type can only be deleted from the system if it exists independently (without any mappings) and no research document has been uploaded for it. ResearchWise WebApps gives an option to mark a report type ‘dead’, if it’s no longer required.

To make the report Type Inactive or Dead

 Click on ‘Report Type’.



Once you click on report type the below page will appear. Here you can select the report type which you want to mark as ‘Dead/Inactive’ by clicking on drop down button.


After selecting the report type (which is to be marked as dead).


Uncheck the Active check box as shown below.

And click on ‘updated button’ as shown below.


Once you click on the Update button the below message will appear.
