Steps to create a new Default Profile V7.3.3

1.       Open ‘My Reports’ and click on ‘Preferences’.


2.       Click on ‘Manage Profiles’.

3.       Type ‘Default Profile’ under ‘Profile Name’.

4.       Select Default Office from the drop-down menu.

5.       Click on ‘Create’.

6.       Click on ‘Save & Close’.


7.       Open the ‘Preferences’ section from ‘My Reports’ again and Select ‘Default Profile’ from the Profile drop-down menu.

8.       Click on ‘Make Default’.

9.       A confirmation window will pop-up, click on ‘Yes’.

10.    Click on ‘Save & Close’.


11.    A new window will pop-up with a message that the Default Profile is set, Click on ‘Close’.
