Removing Compliance Statements
To Remove
the compliance statements, navigate to Analec Word Tools Addin and click on
Delete Disclaimers as shown below:
Click/Put your cursor on the Insert Disclaimer section at the bottom of the research report and click on the ‘Add Compliance Statements’ icon on the ANALEC ribbon to insert the compliance statements.
** Search Images for Instruments option will be enabled by default.
Choosing to perform the document sweep
If you choose to perform the document sweep, the system will scan the entire text and the text written in the images and will list down all the potential instruments that you may have referred in the report. This list will also have instruments that you have tagged with the report.
You can also filter the search results based on the following criteria:
- Very Likely
- Likely
- Potentially
- Unlikely
- Exact Matches Only
System shows a warning incase, it fails to read any Images with in the research report to find potentail instruments. Click on the warning message to view Image details.
In the Unread Images window, click on the link View Image to open and view the unread image.
Out of the list of potential instruments, if you have referred to any instrument in your report, select that instrument from the list by selecting the check-box and click on ‘Save and close’.
After clicking on the ‘Save and Close’ button on the instrument selection screen, the below screen will appear. Select the compliance list from the available list in the dropdown, and then click on the ‘Insert Statements’ button to insert the statements.
System will now insert/drop the
disclosures and perform an auto refresh to fetch & update the applicable compliance statements. Once completed successfully, system will pop-up a confirmation message.
