Report Status section allows the Administrator to delete a report that has not passed the final stage of ResearchFlow. The final stage of ResearchFlow refers to the last stage after which the report gets published. The report would not be visible to the analyst who has submitted the report once it is deleted by the Administrator.
Step 1: Click on the ‘Report Status’ by navigating to ResearchFlow Administration - Report Administration from the left-hand side list. ‘Report status’ page will be displayed.
Search reports by two methods, as explained below.
Step 2.1: The Administrator can search for a report by selecting ‘All’ option.
Step 2.1.a: Enter few words from report title after selecting ‘All’ radio button.
Step 2.1.b: Click on the ‘Search reports in pipeline’ button to retrieve all reports which match the search criteria.
Search for a report by selecting ‘By report type’ radio button.
Step 2.2.a: Select the process (for which report was submitted) from the drop down list. Step 2.2.b: Enter few words of the report title in the search box.
Step 2.2.c: Click on the ‘Search reports in pipeline’ button to retrieve all results as per the search criteria.
Step 2.2.d: After entering the search criteria, click on the ‘Search reports in pipeline’ button to retrieve all reports which match the search criteria.
Click on the ‘Remove’ button to delete a report.
The system generates a message asking for confirmation to delete the report. Click on the ‘OK’ button to confirm.
Step 2: A message is displayed stating that the report has been deleted from the system successfully.
