Public Appearance Tool-New Request and approval - V7.3.3


To raise a new PAT request, please follow below steps

1.      Login to the Public Appearance website.

2.      After successful login, the below screen appears. Click on the Public Appearance Tool.


3.      Click on New request on the below screen.


4.      To raise a new PAT request, please provide the Public Appearance Request details and then click on Submit.

5.      Post clicking on Submit, the system will prompt a confirmation that “The Public Appearance request has been submitted”. Click on ‘OK’ to proceed.


To accept a new PAT request, please follow below steps: 

1.      Login to the Public Appearance website.

2.      After successful login, the below screen appears. Click on the Public Appearance Tool.

3.      On the left-hand side of the screen, select ‘Pending’. The system will show the list of all the pending requests.

4.      Click on the PAT request from the list that needs to be approved or rejected and click on Approve/Reject on the bottom right-hand side of the screen as required.
