Steps for adding report type menu
Step:1. Login to ReseachWise Webapps and click on ‘Manage Bloomberg Menu Codes’ tab under ResearchUpload.
Step:2. Select ‘Item type’, ‘Report type’ from the drop-down list of ‘Select item type’and ‘Select report type’ respectively. Web page displays the message that ‘No menu item exists for selected report type’.
Step:3. To add a report type menu item, administrator clicks ‘Add’ button.
Step:4. On clicking the ‘Add’ button, a textbox to enter the item code pears on the screen. Enter the relevant menu item code.
Step:5. Administrator clicks ‘Save’ button to save the entered report type menu item code.
Step:6. Once the report type item code has been added, system generates a confirmation message on the screen.
Remove Report Type Menu Item Code
To remove the report type menu item code, administrator has to follow the steps, as given below:
Step:1. Login to ReseachWise Webapps and click on ‘Manage Bloomberg Menu Codes’ tab under ResearchUpload.
Step:2. Select ‘Item type’, ‘Report type’ from the drop-down list of ‘Select item type’ and ‘Select report type’ respectively. Menu item code as mapped with the ‘Company Update’ report type is displayed.
Step:3. Clicks the ‘Remove’ button to remove the selected report type menu item code.
Step:4. A pop-up window appears on the screen, asking for confirmation before removing this report type mapping. The Administrator clicks ‘OK’ button to remove the mapping.
Step:5. On clicking the ‘OK’ button, system generates a confirmation message that the menu item code has been successfully removed.
